There has been a lot of yard work going on at the Bear Den. I talked Wes into renting a excavator for a day in an attempt to re tame the wild kingdom. We've owned the home for almost 6 years, and have never had the opportunity to update the landscaping. During the short summer season, we are usually drawn to the the river in Arizona. Wes' dad brought up a couple of pallets of the most beautiful sod to lay in the two areas adjacent to the front door. Wes and I removed 9 trailer loads of debris, and have been watering frivolously trying to grow little grasslets. We were all rewarded with a double rainbow the other morning, so Chesney and I ran out for a pose on our new lawn.Sunday, June 19, 2011
